Terms of Service

These terms describe the use of Ultimaker quote, equipment, and additive manufacturing support services. Quotes are based on information provided by the buyer, including CAD files, drawings, quantities, material requirements, inspection scope, and delivery expectations.

Quotations and assumptions

Preliminary quotes may include stated assumptions for geometry, material, surface finish, build orientation, tolerances, and documentation. A quote is not final until assumptions are accepted and any required export, NDA, or quality review is complete.

Files and confidentiality

Customer files are used only for review, quotation, production planning, and related support. Files marked confidential or export-controlled may require additional review before acceptance.

Manufacturing limits

Ultimaker does not guarantee suitability for every material, tolerance, or end-use. We may decline or revise work when the requested route is not technically appropriate.
